Herzen’s Angelegenheit is a fabulous German designer brand at Izzi’s who specialise in sumptuous silk fabrics which are just divine. This classic tunic blouse is cut in a relaxed shape with a split neckline, long sleeves and a pleat to the back. In a striking blue graphic print with buttoned cuffs - this is a lovely flattering top wearable as part of a smart or more casual outfit.
