UK DELIVERY
Fast Delivery: 1-3 working days £4.95
Next Day Delivery Guaranteed: Order before 12pm Monday - Thursday. £7.55
Orders received after 12pm for Next Day Delivery will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. In case of Monday Bank Holidays items will be posted Tuesday.

Orders will be shipped the next working day if ordered after 1.30pm). Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges on European orders.

Orders will be shipped the next working day if ordered after 1.30pm. Please note that we do not currently offer Exchanges on International orders.

UK RETURNS 

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund the item(s) providing that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of purchase and that they are returned in a period of 14 days. The item(s) must be in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached.

Simply email us at: info@izziofbaslow.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and notify us that you would like to return an item(s) indicating which item(s) you are returning and if you would like an exchange if possible. We will then email you your return number.
Please ensure the return number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel with the returned goods.
Place the original dispatch note in with your return parcel with the items you are returning. We recommend you return these via a tracked delivery method and retain proof of postage.

Only when goods have been returned and checked, will a refund be then issued. From our confirmation of goods returned, then in general, PayPal refunds take 1-3 working days and SagePay refunds take between 3 - 4 working days. In general refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method.

We guarantee to refund any item(s) purchased on izziofbaslow.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition. 

Please Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels and ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with all enclosed documentation. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any goods that are marked or damaged in any way.

Faulty Items
A full refund including postage is honoured for faulty item(s) returned to us within 30 days. If you receive a faulty item please contact us with details of the fault and we will advise you on how to proceed. Once the fault has been verified we will refund via the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the goods.
