A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS: OUR BASLOW BOUTIQUE IS CLOSING BUT OUR ONLINE STORE IS HERE TO STAY

After 40 incredible years, it’s time to turn the page to a new chapter.


I opened my boutique at 21, a single woman with a dream in what was then a man’s world. I never imagined the journey ahead or the wonderful people I’d meet. I’m proud that, alongside our Baslow boutique, we’ve built a successful online business that now reaches customers worldwide. It’s been inspiring to see how opportunities for women in business have grown.


As I move toward retirement, I’ve decided to close the doors of our Baslow boutique, with our final day in-store on 16th May. This isn’t a complete goodbye —  you can still shop with us online for the foreseeable future, via free Zoom/WhatsApp/Facebook private appointments, or locally through our free in-store Personal Shopping Service—but it does mark the end of a very special era.


Thank you to my incredible team, “the Izzi family,” and to my husband for his unwavering support. Most of all, thank you to our loyal customers. For over 40 years, this space has been so much more than a shop. It’s been a place of connection, style, and community. It’s been a privilege to dress generations of families and share in your lives. We are truly grateful for every visit, every purchase, and every moment shared.


While this chapter is coming to a close, our journey continues online for the foreseeable future.


We will still be here for you (now online), with the same handpicked collections and warm, personal service you know and love.
