Delivery and Returns


UK DELIVERY (For next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, orders after this time will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Saturday for next day delivery will be processed on Monday for a Tuesday delivery)

EUROPEAN  DELIVERY

In some circumstances European orders may be subject to additional postage charges after an order is placed due to the weight of the shipment. This depends on the weight and quantity of item(s) ordered. We will contact you regarding any additional changes via email if required, with full details of how to make additional payment. Before ordering, you can email us at: info@izziofbaslow.com if you would like us to quote you on shipping costs before placing your order.

Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges on European orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

RETURNS UK
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund the item(s) providing that they are returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached within 14 days. All sale goods must be received by Izzi of Baslow within 7 days of placing your order.

Simply email us at: info@izziofbaslow.com with notification that you would like to return an item(s) indicating which item(s) you are returning and if you would like an exchange if possible.
 
Place the original dispatch note in with your return parcel with the items you are returning. We recommend you return these via a tracked delivery method and retain proof of purchase.

Return postage for refunds is the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
Only when goods have been returned and checked, will a refund be then issued. From our confirmation of goods returned, then in general, PayPal refunds take 1-3 working days and SagePay refunds take between 3 - 5 working days. In general refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods.

Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method. 
 
We guarantee to refund any item(s) purchased on izziofbaslow.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. All sale goods must be received by Izzi of Baslow within 7 days of placing your order.

Please Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels and ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with all enclosed documentation. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any goods that are marked or damaged in any way.

Faulty Items
A full refund including postage is honoured for faulty item(s) returned to us within 30 days. If you receive a faulty item please contact us with details of the fault and we will advise you on how to proceed. Once the fault has been verified we will refund via the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the goods.
